Latinos A Morir is a social network with the goal of uniting professional, forward thinking individuals who love the Latin American culture. This network has grown from a small group of friends to 2,500+ individuals with a diverse background (race, economic, profession, national, etc).

Starting this month, Latinos A Morir will feature a LAM member that has supported this network, has achieved something unique (professionally, with the community, etc.), and has given back to the Latino community.

We are aware that this will be quite a task since there are many unique individuals with different stories to share. We personally know members that have started non-profits to help low income youth in school, have recently graduated from college being a first generation immigrant, have travelled the world volunteering for small villages to receive green energy, and many more.

Our goal is to showcase the diverse backgrounds and achivements of LAM members to the LAM network. In addition, we hope this will help spark conversation between members to share their achievements and goals to help build profound relationships.

If you believe you or someone you know merits recognition, please send an email to info@latinosamorir.com with the subject line titled ‘Member of the Month’. In the body, please answer the following questions (keep answers short and informational):

- Name of nominee
- Previous/Current accomplishment(s)
- Community involvement story
- Number of LAM events attended (rough estimate OK)
- A biography of nominee (where born, grew up, profession, family, anything else interesting)
- Project they would like to promote during their feature (for example, if Giovanni, the founder of LAM, would be featured in a magazine, he would like to promote Latinos A Morir)

The member being recognized will win a VIP ticket and two drinks at one of our events. At the end of the year, we’ll cook something up for the select few to meet each other and we will organize a unique event for them and their friends.
